These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vital Biotech website and your purchase of any products from us. By accessing this website, confirming our research-use notice, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Research Use Only

All products supplied by Vital Biotech are sold strictly as laboratory research materials for research and laboratory experimentation only. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, supplements, or medical devices. Nothing on this website is intended as medical advice or a recommendation for use in humans or animals.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

Your access to this website and any purchase you make forms a binding agreement to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the current version.

3. Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or place an order. By doing so, you confirm you are 18 or over and are a qualified individual handling these materials in a lawful research setting. Orders placed by minors may be cancelled.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for understanding the properties, hazards, and safe handling of any product you purchase, for ensuring you are appropriately informed and equipped to handle it, and for ensuring your purchase, possession, and use comply with all laws and regulations that apply to you in your location.

6. Prohibited Uses

You must not purchase or use any product for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or application, or for bodybuilding, cosmetic, diagnostic, therapeutic, medical, or any unlawful purpose. Reselling or supplying products for any prohibited use is strictly forbidden.

7. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of confirmed payment, with same-day dispatch for orders placed before 1pm. Delivery estimates provided by carriers are outside our control. Tracking will be provided once your order ships.

9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve it. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

10. Customs & Legal Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring the products you order may lawfully be possessed and used in your jurisdiction. We are not liable for any goods delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs or other authorities.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, branding, logos, images, and layout, is owned by Vital Biotech and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, carrier delays, supply shortages, or government action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vital Biotech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the purchase, handling, or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your orders and to provide support. We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the providers necessary to fulfil your order, such as payment processors and couriers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
