Subscribe & Save — Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your enrolment in the Vital Biotech Subscribe & Save program ("the Program") and apply in addition to our general Terms of Service. By signing up for the Program, you agree to be bound by both.

1. How the Program Works

Subscribe & Save is available in two tiers: Standard (from $50/week, billed $200/month) and Premium (from $100/week, billed $400/month). You select 2 eligible products from your chosen tier at sign-up. Your card is billed automatically once a month, and your 2 selected products are shipped to you the same month.

2. Pricing, Free BAC Water & Subscriber Perk

Subscription tiers are billed at full price. Free BAC Water is included with every vial in your monthly shipment at no extra cost. As a subscriber, you are also entitled to use the code SUBSCRIBER15 for 15% off any other order placed on the site, for as long as your subscription remains active. This code is verified against the email address associated with your active subscription at the time of use, and may be declined if that email does not match an active subscription. Free shipping is included on every subscription shipment, with no minimum order value.

3. Billing

Your payment method will be charged monthly, in advance, starting on the date you sign up. Charges continue automatically each month unless you cancel or the subscription is otherwise terminated. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds.

4. Delivery

Your 2 selected products are shipped once per month, in line with our standard shipping methods and timeframes described in our general Terms of Service. Delivery timing may vary based on stock availability and location.

5. Changing Your Products or Tier

You may contact us to change your selected products or switch tiers ahead of your next billing cycle. Changes take effect from the next available cycle and cannot be applied retroactively to a charge that has already occurred.

6. Skipping or Pausing

You may request to skip or pause an upcoming cycle by contacting us before the next scheduled charge. Skipped cycles do not carry over or accumulate additional product entitlements.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via Telegram or email. Cancellation stops all future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of any payment already processed. Once cancelled, no further shipments will be sent, and the SUBSCRIBER15 code will no longer be valid on your email.

8. Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or contact you to update your payment details. Continued failed payments may result in your subscription being paused or cancelled without further notice.

9. Eligibility

The Program is subject to the same eligibility requirements as all purchases from Vital Biotech, including the age, research-use-only, and buyer responsibility terms set out in our general Terms of Service.

10. Changes to the Program

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Subscribe & Save program, its pricing, or its terms at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of material changes affecting active subscribers.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, consistent with our general Terms of Service.
